i spent the whole time in meditation, reflection, and doing excersises. i am trying to figure out how to ground myself in my inner truth and cultivate it so it can be expressed in the outside world in a productive way. like through my music or other things i am learning. i also did a cleansing diet for like 4 days. it made me feel good but was difficult to stick to

i dont cook or bake. i would like to learn how to prepare food though.

good except for my electives. probably i havent told them about it though. only bc i didnt know.

only thing is greater supervision of the bathrooms or smoke detectors. and you wouldnt have to have a regular smoke detector with a loud alarm it could just be linked to the administrators office and a signal go off telling them someone is smoking in the bathroom. that is all i know to do.

i have been reading echart tolle a new world and it talks about somthing called the pain body. it talks about people have come to expect certain things from mthe world. these expectations have been ingrained in them so much that that is what they recieve. it is there own creation but have been ingrained so deep in thier subconcious that it is very difficult for them to see out of it because they do not percieve anything outside of it.

what are your thoughts on this articles?



i dont see why it is such a big deal. people need to get their own lives instead of worrying if some guy that was in the olympics smokes some weed

i love all weather. i like cold weather. it is refreshing and livining. each type of weather has own feeling. and i think they are all beautiful

Are you a morning person or not? What time do you get up? Are you on time to school?

i think everyone is a morning person, they just dont do what it takes to feel good when they wake up. notice almost every person in the class says they arent a morning person. i didnt go around and look i am just guessing. it boils down to diet exercise and going to bed early enough. i also think daily meditation would help everyone relieve the stresses of the day so they could get to sleep easier.

i believe it. bc it would start your digestive system off early and most people dont eat a big breakfast anyway.

it means dont lend your car to your kid. i guess seeing as how mine and my friends have parents...

though i do think that they didnt think it could end up on the internet or anything like that, i think that it is very rediculous to charge them for child pornography. they are just kids. alot of kids do that stuff. using it as a message to send to other teens is not cool. it stays with the kids and messes them up in life. and other teen wont stop doing it they will just be more careful.

this school thing is kind of driving me crazy. nice topic huh? i wake up every morning just to come and sit down all day. i dont really see how you can stay awake when thats all you do. i spend the majority of the day fighting off sleep. i guess thats the thing driving me crazy. i try to go to bed early so i can wake up early and do some yoga or run but forsome reason around 8 or 9 i always get a boost of energy and end up getting hardly any sleep. then i wake up the next day and start it all over again. not cool.
