meditation, stretched, walking, and running. enjoyed the outdoors and chilled with friends two nights of the weekend. it was a really nice weekend

good except for my electives. probably i havent told them about it though. only bc i didnt know.

only thing is greater supervision of the bathrooms or smoke detectors. and you wouldnt have to have a regular smoke detector with a loud alarm it could just be linked to the administrators office and a signal go off telling them someone is smoking in the bathroom. that is all i know to do.

i have been reading echart tolle a new world and it talks about somthing called the pain body. it talks about people have come to expect certain things from mthe world. these expectations have been ingrained in them so much that that is what they recieve. it is there own creation but have been ingrained so deep in thier subconcious that it is very difficult for them to see out of it because they do not percieve anything outside of it.

what are your thoughts on this articles?



i dont see why it is such a big deal. people need to get their own lives instead of worrying if some guy that was in the olympics smokes some weed
