i have been reading echart tolle a new world and it talks about somthing called the pain body. it talks about people have come to expect certain things from mthe world. these expectations have been ingrained in them so much that that is what they recieve. it is there own creation but have been ingrained so deep in thier subconcious that it is very difficult for them to see out of it because they do not percieve anything outside of it.
